Will Blount is a worship leader, pastor, and coach who is passionate about discipling leaders to lead worship with excellence and depth. Originally from Boston, MA, and later raised in Atlanta, GA, Will grew up as a pastor’s kid and developed a love for worship and singing at an early age. Over time, that passion matured into a calling—to lead others into the presence of God and to equip worship teams with both spiritual and practical tools for ministry.

With over twenty years of experience in full-time, bivocational, and volunteer ministry roles, Will has spent his life pastoring worship teams and discipling leaders. His approach combines spiritual formation with practical resourcing—such as vocal coaching, team development, and custom vocal arrangements—so that worship teams are prepared, confident, and free to lead in the moment.

Today, Will serves on the staff at Radiant Church in Tampa, FL, where he leads the worship ministry across 10+ locations. He oversees Radiant Collective, the church’s worship brand, and helps steward a songwriting culture that produces original music for and by the church. Through his leadership, Radiant’s worship ministry has developed systems and structures that promote excellence, unity, and a consistent worship experience across campuses.

Will and his wife, Tiffany, live in Tampa with their two daughters. Together, they love navigating life as a ministry family, staying rooted in faith, and making the most of the everyday moments.
